THINKING ABOUT SIGARETTES

My reasons for quitting
1. I will feel healthier and I will have more energy
2. My senses of smell and taste will be better.
3. I will have whiter teeth and fresher breath.
4. I will cough less and breathe better.
5. I will lower my risk for cancer, strokes, heart attacks, cataracts, and skin wrinkling.
6. I will be proud of myself.
7. I will feel more in control of my life.
8. I will be a better role model for others.
9. I will have more money to spend.(last but not least)
